Ah, the beach—nature’s very own wellness retreat! I have always felt a profound connection to the beach, and I believe this is because our emotions are governed by water. The vastness of the ocean helps us connect with our innermost feelings.Living in the Gilbert Valley in South Australia, an area surrounded by land, hills, vineyards, and farming stock and seed, I often yearn for the beach to reset my mind and body. Recently, we indulged in a short getaway to the Copper Coast, where we could walk along the beach, feel the sand under our feet, and let the waves lap at our toes.
The Beauty of the Copper Coast:
We visited one of the state’s most beautiful beaches, in my opinion, and spent the entire day there—walking, resting, talking, and soaking up the sun. The beach provided us with an abundance of nature’s own vitamin D.
